my exchange life in australia 2010 to 2011

i finished of my exchnage life in australia on 18th of july 2011.
it started on 16th of august in 2010. when i left japan, i dont think what im gonna do in australia. i only knew that i study english. i didnt know how i improve my english.
first month, i couldn't really understand anything. i have to ask people " can you please speak slowly?" sometimes i couldn't even understand.
 In september, my first host family who is laura's family went to japan to see laura and sightseeing. i heard lots of fun from them. so im glad them went to japan. during that, i went to canberra and sydney. in canberra, i and host grandparents went to famous place in canberra. i quite had good days. then i went to sydney with my counsellor. we went to toronga zoo, see opera house and havour bridge. it was first time in sydney, so i had an amazing time with her.
In november, my sports classmate went camping in 3 days. it was NO shower and BBQ every meal. it was terrible to me, althouh its good exprience.
In december, i had the biggest and best christmas. i've gotton lots of presents, awesome time and without snow christmas!!! i missed snow so much. i went to the beach even it was thunder. i went camping with my school friends before christmas. it was nice time with friends.
In january, 2011 started by firewroks in merimbula. it was different fireworks from japanese ones. laura came back from japan in middle of january. it was nice to see her again. we had a wonderful party night. i spent time with her a lot in the short time.
In februry, we started school. i went up year11 to year 12. i was hoping that i go up year12. so it was good. i was getting excited to to go to school from this time. i liked all of subjects except english. i joined basketball team in my town. i went to play basketball every week.
In march, a person of rotex from our district who made us camping plan. it was very nice weekend. i had a birthday week. lots of people gave me presents and cakes. a japanese girl came in near my town for 10days. i spent time with her almost everyday. i got close to each other. during that, i had some exams. math, food n technology andS.L.R(sport, lifestyle and recreation). they were so bad compare with japanese ones. but i was glad to try it.
In april, there was easter holiday. i and my host sister(hanna) went up to wollongong where laura lives. we went to easter show in sydney. there were lots of animal show,  adventure and fireworks. it was pretty good days in wollongong and sydney. after that, i and my host sister and firends visited to the congo zoo and staying overnight at camping place.
In may and june, i walked around australia with other exchange students including 2 japaneses. it started in canberra on 15th. and down to Melbourne. we had free time shopping in Melbourne. this city is different from sydeny. Many old bulding, train and so on. but Melbourne was beautiful. and went up to Adelaide. we didn't stay there long time. but i like Adelaide. we went to Uluru. we are not allowed to climbed it. because its dangerous to climb. but we walked and climbed at kings canyon about 3 and half hours. we ate camel burger after riding camel. it was awful to eat it. in Alice spring, we put snake on our shoulder. it was terrible feeling to me. it was g"good" experience but it will be never again. we flight to cairns. we stayed there 3 days. i tried to do scubadiving but i couldn't do it some reasons.... i did snorkeling. we went down to GoldCoast. i went shopping with japanese girl. some people went to Dream World. we met so many japanese people, shops and restaurant. there were no people at the beach but it was soo beautiful. we did sea kayaking at byron bay. we saw some jumping dolphins. i could see the even my eyes are bad. last place was in syndey, we had 1 day free time in sydney. i went to see opera house, harbour bridge, bondi beach, walked around china town and took purikura. it was an awesome day. next day farewell with everyone. i couldn't believe that safari was going very quick.
In june, i was back to school, i was excited to go to school everyday. i went to see laura in wollongong again. we went to sydney. laura told me a lot of sydney. we went to japanese restaurant called "mizuya". we had sukiyaki. it was yum and nice. 2nd last day at school, year 12 had surprise party for me. i didn't think about it. it was nice to everyone. classes was getting end. i enjoyed this school. thank you so much, everyone.
In July, i had farewell party with friends. it was really good night. next day, my counsellor took me Melbourne. she knows Mebourne a lot because she lived there long time. i went to lots of places in Melbourne and spent nice time with her. it was very thankful. i had chance to touch the koala and possum. it was nice to had it. my first host family took me to canberra to see host grandparents. i was looked after a lot. so i was glad to see them before leaving. after canberra, we went up to sydney. we watched footy and had meat pie. i felt like im really doing aussie thing. and we climed up sydney tower. it was very nice to see lots of lights. next day, we went to see opera house, habour bridge from ferry. after that, we went to sydney aquarium. i saw heap of strange sea animals. i liked blight jellyfish! at the airport, my suitcase was overweight... so i put stuffs away from suitcase. 2japanese frined came to say goodbye to me. they are so nice japanese kids. im glad to see them on safari. i wouldn't cry totralia. because i was pretty sure that im coming back to australia someday..... but i did.
anyway, i had really awesome and wonderful time with everyone who met in australia. i never forget this year and great exprience. thank you for all of  people and proglem. thank you again for being got english to me.

rotary exchange student in australia 2010-2011

今ね、カウンセラーと話してたの。
そしたらねはるかが来る前から
着いてちょっとしてからのこと聞いたの、話したの。


行く前ねはるかはそんなにあせってなかった。
てか”行くんだ～”、”みんなと”離れるんだ～"
って軽い気持ちだった。
でもねその裏側ではローラ、ままさん、カウンセラーとか
いろいろな人がはるか１人のために準備してくれていた。
わかってた、そんなの。気づいてたけど
でも自分で遊ぶのに精一杯だったのかな～＞＜
こっちきて思った、自分ばかだったなぁって・・・

うん、こっち来ていろいろ学んだ。
そりゃあメインは英語だよ、でもその他に
人との関わりについて学んだ。
それと日本のいいところ悪いところ
オーストラリアのいいところ悪いところも知った。
やっぱ自分の国みることも大事だよね:)
文化も知ったよ！こっちきてオーストラリアの文化も
もちろん学んだし、日本の文化も学んだ！
日本では当たり前がこっちでは当たり前じゃない。
オーストラリアでは当たり前だけど日本では
当たり前じゃない。そんなのだってけっこうある。

うん、この１年すんごーく大きい！

学んだことたくさん、見たものたくさん、
旅行たくさん、友達作りたくさん。
全部が全部新鮮だった！
ありがとうこの１年手伝ってくれた人、関わってくれた
すべての人にbigなありがとう！

そんなこんなでまだ１年経ってないけどね、
はるかはもうそろそろね、日本にいるかもしれないです！
日にちは家族とかロータリー関係の人、先生、
あと日本にいる友達２人知ってるぐらいだけ、笑
北西の人は知らないのだー！
いえーい！楽しみ！けど実感ない！
i wish everyone hasn't changed so much :)
